Crashed PC - Need to activate Secure Lockdown on replacement PC

I have had a kiosk PC running Secure Lockdown crash and I replaced it with a new PC.  How do I move the Product Key to the new computer without having to purchase a new key?

I have tried using the original key but it states that the key has reached its limit for the license.
