ie9 internet settings security hole?

Hi i was wondered if i can disable the gear icon (tools) on i9 because some people can modify internet setting by going true gear icon then webpage privacy policy, then settings. i don not want to go to kiosk mode because people still need to type the website they want to go.

The "Internet Options" feature under the Gears icon is not available when Secure Lockdown is enabled. Users cannot change any settings there. However, you're correct in the ability to access those settings elsewhere. We will prohibit this. A fix will be available in our next release which will be available whithin the next few days.
