We are using the latest software version. After the kisock has been on the screen freezes. If we disable the software the screen is fine.

Please describe the issue with more detail if possible. We cannot reproduce this problem based on this information provided. Does this happen on a specific system (do you have Secure Lockdown running on other systems)? Is this only happening with the latest release? Did you upgrade, then it started to freeze?

Fresh install of Win7 Pro 64, all Windows updates, latest version of Java, Flash, Shockwave.  Running IE as the shell and in kiosk mode.   Our application site uses simple web technology – has a few action buttons to produce additional information (no pop-ups, just new info called to the browser).  Works completely fine when Secure Lockdown IE edition is not active.  Once activated, we can press the buttons about 10-12 times, then the buttons cease to function.  Browser is not frozen, PC responds to the unlock keystroke.  This started happening when we upgraded to the latest version of the lockdown software – no issues with version 2.00.030 and prior.

What buttons are freezing? Do you have other systems running Secure Lockdown? Is it happening on those systems too?

They are navigation buttons within out site.  We are having issues on two devices running secure lock down.  We have numerous machines running secure lock down but are not experiencing the issue on any others right now.

Are the other machines running the same version of Secure Lockdown and running the same website, but not experiencing the problem? What are the functions of the buttons? Is Secure Lockdown configured diferently on those systems that work vs. the units that are having the problem?

No they are running different versions we are running a few with newer versions and not experiencing any issues.  They are all running the same website.  The functions of the buttons are to advance the calender and the daily menu.  Secure Lockdown is configured the same on every machine.

Is this a public website where we could run some tests?

Do you just want the website or do you need to run tests on the hardware?
