Black Screen on exit

I am trying to use lockdown 2 to secure a pc in a bar which is used for public use.
I have Internet explorer 9 set to launch on activation of the software which it does.
I then have IE set to clear temp files and history on close but IE doesn't restart - I just end up with a black screen.

Do you have the "Keep Running" check box enabled in the Secure Lockdown configuration screen?

I have but it closes and doesn't reopen.
I have tried the Internet Explorer version and it works fine but the normal program doesn't

Are you using a 64bit version of Windows? If so, there are two installs of IE (32bit and 64bit). Be sure you are referencing the 32bit version ("c:\program files(x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe") as your Master Application.
