secure lockdown starting exe takes a long time

I have secure lockdown installed and registered on 9 Dell PC's.  Each has 32 bit windows 7.

When I click on the secure lockdown exe when not locked down, it takes a few minutes (2-3) to pop up the first dialog that states you need to press alt-shift-s to view the main screen.

Everything works, lockdown, ect.  When locked down the alt-shift-s press causes the dialog to appear instantly.

Other applications on the pc start-up normally.

I do have a master app start up delay set to 2 minutes.  Will this cause inteset to also delay somehow?

Thx

Although we did find a minor bug while searching for this problem (which was fixed), we could not reproduce the delayed launch problem. Could you provide the details of your Secure Lockdown settings?

FYI, A new release of Secure Lockdown was posted today that allows different editions of Secure Lockdown to run under different user accounts. You can download the latest version (2.00.053) here:

There are also some minor bug fixes that are related to the issue you're experiencing with the startup delay. This release may or may not fix it.

I am seeing the same issue. Sometimes runs in 3 or 4 seconds, other times takes about 2 minutes.

We are running Win 7 Pro on a Panasonic Toughpad. Running with no internet connection but wired to a private nework.
