Java VM problem

We just bought  Inteset Secure Lockdown v2 - Internet Explorer Edition and installed it on a Win 7 Enterprise Edition with IE9.

It seems to be working well but although there is no setting about it, the secure lockdown mode is not allowing JRE to be run. When we turn off the Secure Lockdown mode, JRE works normally.

Is there a way to overcome this problem ?

Specifically, what Java app are you trying to run? Is it a control of some kind? Are you getting an error message? You should be able to run it with Secure Lockdown enabled.

There is no error message, but it just doesnt run the applet.

We're not having any problem running the Java applet at the URL you provided. Most of the options under the Customizations Tab are checked. Those that are NOT checked are as follows:
