I have four touchscreens without internet access setup to run a game offline (using local host). Another important aspect is microcontrollers that o use as keyboard emulators. When certain things happen in the room, the microcontroller emulate keyboard commands which change the pages on the touchscreens.

Everything was working perfect until I just recently started getting chrome pop-ups that say "Chrome can't update". This prevents the keyboard commands from working properly since the popup is what is 'selected' instead of the page itself.

Is there anyway to prevent chrome from showing this message? I know connecting everything to the internet and letting chrome update would fix it but my system is meant to work offline so that is not ideal.
