Secure Lockdown - MAE Inactivity Option

Does the Secure Lockdown - MAE have an inactivity option like the IE version? Wanting to close open apps and return to the circle dock after 5 minutes of inactivity.

No, it does not have a feature like that. You could configure Windows (ie Task Scheduler) to log off at certain time intervals which would close opened apps.
