Secure Lockdown with Remote Master Application Creates Complete Lockup

I recently setup 5 touch panel PC's with Secure Lockdown set to run an application installed on a server with a mapped drive at startup.  For some reason a couple stations are no longer connecting to the server.

Normally I would just go into windows and see what the issue is with the server connection.  Unfortunately because when I try to disable secure lockdown it tells me "Master Application "start in" directory does not exist."  And because secure lockdown is enabled I can't go and edit this field.  The net result is the station is locked so it can't be fixed and because its broken I can't unlock it.

Is there any solution other than just reinstalling windows?

You may need to reinstall the OS, or if you have another admin account on the system, you could delete the Secure Lockdown account. Can you email TechSupport@inteset.com the exact error you're receiving? We will fix this issue in a future release.
