How can I launch IE10 in metro mode?

I am trying out Inteset Secure Lockdown v2 - Internet Explorer Edition. I am using Windows 8 and have AIO touchscreen computers with no keyboard or mouse. How can I launch IE10 in metro mode only?

Secure Lockdown disables the Windows 8 Modern UI which means there is not currently a way to launch IE in Metro mode. You can however launch IE in Kiosk Mode which may provide you what you need. Note that if you need an on-screen keyboard in conjunction with IE, Secure Lockdown includes an “On-screen Keyboard Helper” utility that can add the Windows virtual keyboard to your implementation.
