Secure Lockdown and desktop background

I am running securelockdown MAE version 2 build 2.00.058 on 2 windows 8 32bit tablets (dell latitude 10). The tablets are running in a kiosk mode the only thing visible is the circle dock. My question is; Is it possible to display a desktop wallpaper/ background imamge? All i see is a black background. As these devices are in a high profile area I need to show a background...

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Some people have done the following to solve this problem.

Under Circle Dock Settings:
General: Z-Level: "Always On Bottom"
Background: Choose your background image (must be .png file), change opacity and increase size to whatever is needed
Location: Choose the "Lock Dock At Current Position"
