IE Edition: "Keep Running" not working

If a user closes IE it doesn't seem to open again as it should.

I have "keep running", "keep maximized" and "disable desktop" checked.
In the IE options I have everything selected except "private browsing".

Windows 7 Pro 64 SP1
IE 10.0.9200.16540

What Secure Lockdown Build do you have (found in the About tab)?

It's build 2.00.062

This is a bug that occurs on Win 7 64bit and IE 10. It has been fixed. The fix will be posted on our website by the end of the day (April 18th 2013). Build numbers 2.00.063 and greater will contain the fix.
