Scheduled Tasks Being Blocked

I am finding that tasks that I have scheduled with Windows task scheduler are not executing properly.  Is this a known issue, or is there a known work-around.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

Make sure the task is run with administrator privilages

I have confirmed the task runs properly without lockdown enabled and it is set to run with highest privileges.  

Try creating a shortcut to the application and select the "Run as Administrator" option in the advanced section of the shortcut properties. Then use the shortcut in the task Action instead of the executable.
