Software keeps minimizing

Hi there.  I am using Secure Lockdown v2 on one of our kiosk softwares.  I have it set as the following setting

As you can see, I have it set as "Keep Maximized".  However every so often (usually if a machine if left alone for 5-20 minutes), it will minimize itself as followed.

The owners here have asked me to see if I can fix this problem.  I am unable to find out what is causing the screen to minimize every so often so I would like to see what suggestions you can provide for me to resolve this issue.

What does your Master Application "Loader.exe" do?

It starts up a full screen application.  It is what we use for our kiosk for our customers to play games and surf the internet.

If the Master Application you've defined is a launching application that launches a different kiosk app, Secure Lockdown wont be able to monitor the kiosk app. Secure Lockdown will only monitor your launching app.
