One of our computers that we had the Secure Lockdown software installed on crashed and we had to reinstall Windows. Now when we try to Activate the software on the computer we get an error saying the code reached its installation limit. I looked in the manual and it says we have to deactivate the code before uninstalling, but that obviously won't work in this situation. What do we do to recover the activation or license for the computer? Or do we have to purchase another license every time something like this happens on one of our workstations where the software is installed? Any help you can provide is appreciated.
