Windows 10 Edge opening infinite tabs/Windows

Hello- I recently had to switch to Edge after finding out that Chrome was no longer whitelisting my sites.

At login I'll have Edge open but so will an infinite number of additional windows.

Feel like I've tried almost everything in Secure Lockdown and in Edge but have no idea what's causing this.

Any suggestions?
