License Merge doesn't work

Unfortunatly we can't merge our Licenses.

After we try to merge them, we'll get a Internal Error.

We need to merge them because we have a script that runs on 200 new Devices with our old License Code, which is already embedded in an Image.

We will investigate this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Thanks for the feedback.

Will it be possible to merge them if we already use some of the licenses?

We needed them for our systems which already got our Image.

In addition, note that a license must be deactivated before it can be merged with another license key.

How can we deactivate them, do we need to do each license on its own?

We can deactivate them for you. Please provide the Secure Lockdown Machine ID for each unit you need deactivated. Please send the information to support@inteset.com

Please be sure the licenses you want to merge are deactivated before performing a merge.

If we tried to merge them, we always got an error.

When we buy new licenses, will it be possible to merge them or will there still be the error?
