Block external hard drives

Is there a way to block access to an external hard drive from system dialogues in the same way that the C:\ drive is blocked?

I should clarify that the All Local Drives option is checked, but the D:\ drive (an external hard drive) is still accessible in the open and save dialog in OpenOffice Writer.

The feature does not apply to external drives.

Is there any way to block access to an external hard drive?

There is not a way to do this via Secure Lockdown. You could partition the C drive. instead.
