We are facing with an issue in our company Schindler DSW KG. We are using Secure Lockdown for touch posters. We had problem with the PCs, and have to reinstall it. Now we are not able to assign the license for the devices, i got this message on activation: "Installation limit reached for license (id=17668) Please contact us if you have any questions."
Can you remove the old licenses? I don't know how, I see only machine IDs on license management page. Also under manage devices I don't have nothing.
