circle dock error

I get the following error when using circle dock instead of start menu:

Circle Dock: Current Domain

Fatal Non-UI Erro.  Could not write the error to the event log.  Reason:  System.Security.SecurityException:  The source was not found, but some or all event logs could not be searched.
Inaccaccessible logs:  Security, State.

Message goes on from there.  Who do I fix this?

Be sure Secure Lockdown is running under a local admin account. and that Windows UAC is disabled.
