Newbie question / Urgent

When we reboot in a secure mode, all we get is a large circle with an  "S" symbol in the middle.  We click on it, and nothing happens.  Our goal is to simply run Edge pointed to a website in a secure environment.

Please provide more detail and an image of what you're experiencing.

Here is what we see when Inteset is enabled and the system restarts (that background is ours), the circle with the symbol in the middle is a button that doesn't seem to do anything.

Do you have any updates for us?  We are really stuck here and need the basic functionality to work.  Thanks
