There are many administrative elements of Windows are locked down that are not available to disable via the UI. You'll need to provide the details of the crash to determine exactly what dependency your app has that Secure Lockdown disables.

Hello. I have this problem as well.

I use Secure Lockdown to run a remote desktop app. Because the computer is off the domain and on a work group, we need to use credential manager to authentication the session to the RDP server. This works great when Secure LockDown is disabled.

When lockdown is enabled, the password needs to be entered every time the RDS app opens (happens more often than you think due to users accidently closing it down, or the RDP connection could be disconnect due to patch updates on the server)

I need to find a way for Secure LockDown to allow access to credentials stored in credential manager.
