Circle Dock Issues

My circle Dock is disappearing randomly even tho is locked on position and it is settled topmost, i had to leave the task bar visible so customers could open  the browser and navigate... but i am seeing something, since the task bar is ON, on the left side next to the windows notification area i see an icon called "circle dock" which when i double click it shows the circle dock menu and when hoover the mouse SOMETIMES makes the dock appear or disappear.... does this have something related to the Dock disappearing issue when the task bar is hidden? thanks

The Circle Dock is designed to disappear once an application is launched. Please do the following:

Go to the Circle Dock Settings, then choose the 'Toggleing' section. From there, uncheck 'Screen Left Edge' and "Screen Right Edge' under the 'Show Dock When I...' section. Then under the 'Toggle Visibility Hotkey' section, choose 'None' under the dropdown list.

You can also fix the Dock at its current location by going to the 'Location' settings and check the 'Lock dock at current position' option.
