Remote device management

We are running the remote device manager to keep an eye on our windows totems... it works great but i have a question.... it seems that there is a default time period when the  remote management "sees" or update the Pcs status and the icong gets green, in that period of time i´m allowed to interact with the PCS... but when its greyed out i can´t find a way to check the actual status or  i just have to wait until it randomly or not connects to the away Pcs....is it a way to change that period of time? or there is  a workarroud for this? thanks... by the way the remote management feature its great!

We are aware of the issue and will be fixing it soon. The behavior seems random, but the issue is due to discrepancy in the interval between device heartbeat and what our web site considers "active". The heartbeat is 1min behind the site. So any grey icon that you know is active will turn green in under 1 min.
