Cant disable Lockdown

Hi, we missinstalled the system on a Windows machine, we forgot to allow the touch keyboard and the locked the usb devices to use a physical keyboard, i would like to know if its possible for you to unlockit, we forgot to enable in on the remote manager and now we are stuck with our device locked.

If you plug in a keyboard into the USB port that has been plugged in to that jack in the past, it will work. Otherwise, you will likely need to restore the factory OS image.
