Hello and welcome

Unfortunately, something happened, everything is blocked....
It seems that I am logged in as a user whose software is indeed taking over the system, but it is not running the software it is supposed to run, and there is no way to release it, the Alt+Shift+s keys do not bring up the release window...

What do we do, the computer is dead?

This typically occurs due to a Windows Update. Windows Updates can corrupt the settings of an enabled Secure Lockdown system. To cure it, a 2nd Windows admin account is needed in order to delete the locked down account and re-create it.

If there is a second admin account on the system, you can also recover the locked down account by following the instructions found in the Administrative Guide under the "Disable Secure Lockdown from 2nd Admin Account" topic.

In the future, it is recommended to not allow Windows updates while Secure Lockdown is enabled.

You will need to perform a Windows recovery or an OS re-installation.

Is there no option to do anything through the BIOS? Or maybe boot in safe mode?

You can try Windows Safe Mode to create a new Admin account, but it's not likely you'll have access to Admin features to do so.

Can a remote management service help?

Do you have RMS set up and is the unit connected? If so, you can disable Secure Lockdown remotely.

No, I didn't set anything up, I'm not even connected to the service yet, I just asked if I would connect to the service now if that would help?

The unit would have already needed to be connected.
