Lockdown software crash locked my PC

Do you have Windows Updates turned on? If so, an updates can caused the registry setting that is responsible for launching the Secure Lockdown background service to be overwritten. Also, if any anti-virus software is running, that can prevent the utility from running. If you have another admin account on the system, follow the steps in this forum post to recover. Also, be sure you're running the latest build of Secure Lockdown.

the PC is not connected in internet and doesn't have an anti-virus software installed, I'm using the version 2.00.082 and I don't have another administrator account

You will likely need to reinstall the OS. In the future, please be sure to have more than one administrator account on the system. Also, please update to the latest release of the software as there have been several improvements (stability and otherwise) since the .82 release. Please email "techsupport@inteset.com" with the order number of the license purchase of the failed system. We can then deactivate a license for you.
