I am trying to setup computer to work only with Customer Service Survey we have with Survey Monkey. I have everything setup to work with website, but when I click the submit button I get a content advisor warning that I cannot access page and the survey is not submitted.

The second website to be accessed is the landing page to the survey. A complete url is something similar to:

https://www.surveymonkey.com/Home_Landing.aspx?sm=1dTWsJ%2bmGtY%2fRinZSqaEB1SJNKPTA8F%2fguWPJfqjO1U%3d

where the survey generates random page.

The third website to be accessed is error page if user misses information in the survey. The complete url is similar to the one above where random page is generated to process errors.

I have put all three of the links below into the Allowed Sites (as listed below) but I can only access 1st site.

I have tried putting wildcards into url, but this did not work;
https://www.surveymonkey.com/Home_Landing.aspx?*

Can you please advise on how to configure properly to work with survey monkey?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Setup:
Windows XP SP3
Internet Explorer v8
Secure Lockdown - Internet Explorer Edition.

Websites to be accessed:
1) https://surveymonkey.com/s/HCHDsatisfaction
2) https://www.surveymonkey.com/Home_Landing.aspx
3) https://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx

The Content Advisor message will indicate in the Title Bar what it's blocking. Make sure you whitelist that URL.

Try:
https://surveymonkey.com/*
https://www.surveymonkey.com/*
http://www.surveymonkey.com/*

Thank you for the reply.

The content advisor is complaining about the random URL being generated on the  .../Home_Landing.aspx page. For each survey it creates a different URL as listed above.

I did try the suggestions you have for
https://surveymonkey.com/*

and this does solve the problem. However it does allow the user to go anywhere they want in survey monkey, like creating a new account, taking other surveys, etc.

If possible, I would like to restrict the user to just my survey.

Thank you,
Tyler

You can add on to the whitelist URLs. Ie: "https://www.surveymonkey.com/Home*" which will restrict it further.

That seemed to fix the issue.

Thank you very much for your help.
