Secure lockdown stolen a license

Hi,
I have another problem with your software. I bought a license and I activated it correctly, setting the parameters that I needed. I launched the lockdown one time to see if it works and it worked. I deactivate the lockdown, I didn't change nothing about the lockdown and I reopened it for block again my Pc. But when I reopen the lockdown, your software show me this funny window.

What can I do now? And my license? I have lost it for ever?

Did you activate Windows after activating Secure Lockdown? If so, this would cause the problem you're experiencing.
