Secure Lockdown vs Keyboard Helper

Here's the system configuration I'm using:
- Windows 8 Machine
- Touch Screen only (no keyboard)
- Using Secure Lockdown to run IE10 in kiosk mode

Key use case:
In order for the user to enter text via touch screen inputs into specific fields in the (securely lockdown) browser, I'd like to have an on screen keyboard available when the user navigates to specific fields.

Problem:
Is there an option or a way to configure the keyboard to display on demand?  I don't like having the end user needing to manage the on screen keyboard via the toggle button or the close button-- i'd rather it only display on text fields when needed.  Is that an option?

On-screen Keyboard Helper Utility Configuration:
Run on Window login: yes (checked)
Hide on startup: No (unchecked)
Launch Keyboard on startup:  yes (checked)
Keyboard type: Windows Tablet
Keyboard Visibility: Toggle button
Hide after: 500 seconds

Secure Lockdown -- Background Apps config:

No. There is not a capability to have the keyboard appear on demand. You'll need to use a third-party keyboard if you want to accomplish that such as "Hot Virtual Keyboard." That software works well with Secure Lockdown when configuring it to run under the "Background Apps" tab in the Secure Lockdown configuration utility.
