Windows 8 and Keyboard Helper

Using Windows 8, starting iexplore with the -k parm, have osk.exe and keyboard helper shortcut called out as background programs in Secure Lockdown.   Keyboard helper is being run as administrator.  Have tried this both with and without osk.exe being forced to start on login.    I have not been able to get the on screen keyboard to show up when a text field gets the focus.   I sometimes get a small blue circle ( which I am guessing is the toggle _) ... but touching it does not bring up the keyboard.    What am I missing?

Thanks for the quick response.   I had seen that message but was willing to accept a toggled keyboard solution using the standard Windows on screen keyboard. The recommended product works though ... so only remaining problem is errant 'u's getting entered in text fields that have the focus.  Not sure what process is producing that result ... would be anxious to hear if you have heard that one before.

Try changing the keyboard type in the Keyboard Helper utility.
