Has anyone allowed access to all Office 365 pages?

Is there a list anyone has of allowed URLs?
It's odd because of the personal folder names (user name) are for each user in 0365 i.e. -
https://domainname-my.sharepoint.com/personal/username_domainname_org/

Is there a way of making Office 365 usable on the lockdown?

Anyone?

If this is a no-go, I'll have to look at moving to another product.

It's disappointing that no answer has been given in over two years.
