Did you specify the "Start in" folder under the Secure Lockdown/Master Application tab? It should be the same as what's specified in the PowerDVD shortcut in the Windows Start menu

do you mean the master application?  Yes the app opens, but I can close it completely when lock down is on... which I should not be about to do.  I have everything check to keep it running... full screen and upon start up.

No, not the Master Application, the "Start in" path. Many applications need this parameter specified. Please check the properties of the Power DVD shortcut and see if there is "Start in" information in the Start in text box. If there is, you need to specify the same information in the "Start in" text box in the Secure Lockdown settings.

I copied from the start in section when I look at the properties of the desktop short cut:   C:\Program Files (x86)\CyberLink\PowerDVD13"

When I go to apply lockdown I get the error: Master Application "Start in" directory does not exist.
