What does "Allows for independent Windows user accounts that use or do not use Secure Lockdown on one computer" mean? I can't see any controls in the software to contol which user the lockdown software is applied to. I would like managers to contine using the computers as before but lockdown one user.

When you install Secure Lockdown, you do so for all users on the computer by default. It works only with Admin (usually local) accounts however. If you want to enable it for one or more accounts, you simply log into that, start Secure Lockdown, configure it to your needs, and enable it. Once it is enabled, when you log into that account, it will be locked down. You can do this for any number of accounts on the computer.
