This issue is occurring in IE 11 when the "Customizations/Other IE Options/Private Browsing" option is enabled. We have submitted this issue to development for investigation. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

The problem is definitely related to the "Private Browsing" option. Please ensure that it is not checked.
