Hello,

We have installed Inteset Secure Lockdown v2 - Internet Explorer Edition on Windows 7 64 bit and using it in Kiosk Mode for running an ASP.NET application.
The home page of the software makes use of one ActiveX (developed in C# - COM Interop) installed on client PC, which runs fine when accessed using IE in normal OS mode.
But when we lock down the PC using Inteset Secure Lockdown v2 tool, It does not detect the ActiveX and also it does not allow to edit the browser option so that we can change the settings.

To run the tool we are using Administrator account.

Please guide us.

You may need to disable the "No Downloads" option. Also, please download and install the latest build of the software.

Hi,

We found that Internet explorer 64 bit version is not supporting our activex for the reason we are not aware of. Since Inteset Lockdown v2 is loading IE 64bit, we are getting error. How can we ask Inteset Lockdown v2 to load IE 32 bit ?

You will need to use the 32 bit version of the Windows OS.
