Hello
I need a password protected screen saver after 5 minutes. Desktop is enabled. With lockdown disabled I get the screensaver and the login prompt. With lockdown enabled I get the screen saver but no log in prompt. Is there a fix or a work around for this?
Thanks

What edition of Secure Lockdown are you using?

This can be rectified by adding the following Windows Registry entry:

Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Inteset\SecureLockdown_v2_MA
DWORD key value: “DisableLockWorkstation = 1"

Did that reg edit. Still no password prompt to close the screen saver. I'll email an attachment screen shot of the reg edit.

Please download and install our latest build of Secure Lockdown. It has a new "No Logoff" feature that you need to uncheck. This should solve the problem.

Finally downloaded from your site got version 2.00.106 unselected the No Log Off option.
Still does not prompt for a password on resume from the screen saver. Screen saver set to 1 minute to protect confidential information.
I need to get this resolved.
Thanks

Please request from techsupport@inteset.com the "Secure Lockdown Administrator Guide". The document will provide the information on how to enable the screen saver password lock.
