Favorites is no longer available

On the Secure Lockdown V2, I checked off "no status bar" which worked fine but it also took my Favorites away.  I removed the check box applied, restarted, nothing.  I am 100% sure the no favorites and no status bar are unchecked, and I get no favorites.  Status bar is back.

Any help?

When Secure Lockdown is not enabled, open IE and right-click on the menu bar, then select the "Favorites bar" option.

So it's only the favorites bar that is available?

Do you only see the favorites bar and not the favorites icon (the little star)?

The Favorites Icon at the top right corner comes with the Home Button and Settings button. These buttons are group together. Therefor they are removed entirely so users can't access the Settings options.

That's the answer I needed.  As long as I am not looking for something that I will not find.
