Secure Lockdown Standard Edition

Hello,
I am currently evaluaing Secure Lockdown Standard Edition.


1) I want to be able to setup Kiosk for users where they can browse the internet and open word and pdf files.
2) When users log on, I want to notify users that their session will last for 45 minutes.
3) After 30 minutes i want to notify the users again that they have 15 minutes remaining in their session.
4) At 45 minutes i want to log off the users


For tasks 2 to 4 i have written 3 separate scheduled tasks.

Can you help me with the folllowing:

1) What version of Secure Lockdown should i get?
2) How do i allow the application to run the scheduled tasks without providing users with other rights.

The more appropriate edition to use is Secure Lockdown - Internet Explorer Edition. The second question is unclear. Can you explain with a bit more detail?
