Secure Lockdown - Trouble finding dll's

My application uses several custom dll's but has trouble finding them when running under Lockdown.

The application runs properly when not under Lockdown.

The application calls Windows Help files which require the dll's. The dll's are located both in the System32 folder and the folder where the help files are located
