Scanning fails

We are running a program on our Kiosk that allows users to scan in a document, send it as an email and print out a receipt. When we are running in lock down mode the scanner fails after between 3 to 12 scans. We have no problems when not in lockdown mode. (We can run 25 scans in a row).

A few details - we are using Secure Lockdown v.2, build 2.00.084 and a Canon CanoScan LiDE110.

Any ideas? I'm not seeing anything helpful in the event log. Thank you

First, please update Secure Lockdown to the latest release. Second, where are scans stored? They should be stored and referenced in a location other than the C: drive.
