Problem caused the program to stop working

I'm running the trial version of Secure Lockdown Multi. I have one machine that is failing when Secure Lockdown starts with the message "Secure Lockdown has stopped working.  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly..."

Secure Lockdown is enabled and I cannot get to the settings to Disable it. Secure Lockdown stays engaged even though it has stopped working.

Is there anything that can be done with this short of re-installing Windows?

Secure Lockdown has stopped working.  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.  Windows 7 OS

It is unclear what is causing this problem based on the error message. If you have another admin account set up, it is suggested that you delete the locked down account and create a new one. Otherwise you'll need to either run a restore to working instance, or re-install the OS.

I have installed this product on two brand new PCs using Windows 7 64 bit under administrator right and I am receiving this same issue on both PCs "Problem caused the program to stop working" so now if I want to exit the secure lockdown by using ALT+SHIFT+S I simply can't.

I have an another administrator account but I keep erasing and recreating an account just because I need to change a setting.


Please help me fix this issue.

Also is there a way to disable the right click on the TaskBar and in The Start Menu?

What Edition of Secure Lockdown are you using? Please email the Secure Lockdown Export settings file (go to Help > Export / Import tab) to techsupport@inteset.com so we can attempt to recreate the problem.

I have applied the latest release fix to both of my PCs and it fixed the issue.
