Blocking Adobe Reader Save menu

I can't seem to figure out how to stop users from opening the "Save" menu from the floating toolbar in adobe reader.
Opening the save menu allows users to delete any file on the system they wish.
I need users to only be able to view and print a PDF.
Any suggestions.

Here is a link regarding removing the Save button from Adobe Reader. Note that Secure Lockdown does not control this feature or any other Adobe Reader feature.
