Run Specific Files from Desktop

I am not sure if this has been asked previously. Here is the scenario I am trying to accomplish with Secure LockDown :

1. I will only be running 1 master program on the PC

2. I want the PC to boot to desktop where there will be 2 files (created by master program).

3. When  a user clicks either file, it opens the master program

Is this possible and how do you go about setting it up?

If you're using Secure Lockdown - Standard Edition, this is not possible. It is possible in Secure Lockdown - Multi Application  Edition. In that case, you'd define the Windows Start Menu as your "App Launcher", then leave the "No Desktop" and "No Desktop Icons" disabled under the System Lockdown > Local Level options section.
