Auto enable on start up

I am missing something somewhere.  I am getting windows 8.1 to start up and automatically log in to the desired non-priviledged account fine, but SecureLock is not enabled.  I have to activate it using the keyboard, then enable it.

I would like SecureLock to come up on booting enabled before the system auto logs into the non-privileged account.  Or, come up enabled after the non-priv login without User Account Control asking for the Admin password.  In other words, a seamless boot with no user intervention until the desired application is running as captive in SecureLock.

Any way to do this?

Thanks -

Secure Lockdown needs to be enabled under an administrator account. When enabled, the account will not have administrative privileges. Set the auto login for that account. Also, be sure to create a second admin account as suggested in the User Guide.
