Playbox Product Key for Remote Management

I have created an account on Inteset and obtained a product key to setup Remote Management Services for Secure Lockdown Playbox - Chrome Edition. When I went to enter the product key, I noticed I noticed their is already a product key entered. The box is grayed out, so I can't edit it to the new one. No one has any recollection of setting up this feature. Is there a way to change this to the new product key?
