Activating Windows

I am having an issue with one of my computers running  Inteset Secure Lockdown v2 - Internet Explorer Edition. When I went to unlock the computer to make a couple configuration changes, Windows informed me that it needed to be activated. After making the changes, I entered the product key and activated Windows. Upon rebooting, the secure lockdown software is now telling me that I need to enter a product key. It appears that activating windows has caused the computer to lose the Secure Lockdown key. Now I am unable to activate the program because I did not release the key prior to activating windows. After re-activating windows my Inteset is saying I am -1 day past the trial copy, my product key that I enter has been activated too many times, and I must first deactivate another machine until I can activate this one. I only have it on 2 machines this one and another one. Which is what the license is for (2 machines).
