Internet Explorer Lockdown on Server

Is it possible to make settings in Internet Explorer Lockdown the default for all connections to a server?  Specifically as a Citrix published app?

You could write a script that is executed on new account creation that would define the lockdown settings of Secure Lockdown - Internet Explorer Edition. THe script would simply make an entry to the user's Registry. Email Tech Support@ Inteset.com and ask them to send you the Secure Lockdown Administrator Guide that describes the Windows Registry settings needed.
