Hi Lisa,
If you're referring to the Secure Lockdown password, you cannot reset it if the system is locked down. If it is not locked down, you can remove the current password by going into the Windows Registry and deleting the following Key Name Value: "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Inteset\SecureLockdown_v2" Password.
