Managing Licences

I'm setting up four computers with Secure Lockdown, and have purchased four licences.

On one machine I activated the software, however the next time I opened the software on that machine it asked for activation again. So I had to activate it a second time.

The problem is that I have now used up two licences instead of the required one licence for that machine.

I can't understand how to deactivate the unnecessary licence on the website so that I can use that licence on the fourth machine. There's no de-activate function, just up and down arrows.

How do I deactive a licence?

It is likely that you activated Secure Lockdown before activating Windows. Windows must be activated first. Otherwise the Secure Lockdown license on that system will become invalid.

You can only deactivate the Secure Lockdown license on a system of it is currently valid. Please contact techsupport@Inteset.com and describe the issue and provide your order number of the license purchase.
